Francofolies de Montréal

This fest is the Mecca of francophone music and features artists from Quebec, France and other French-speaking countries around the world. Many local celebrities participate in the event.

Similar to the Montreal's Jazz Fest, the Francofolies presents many (150) free outdoor shows and a few (50) indoor big-ticket concerts. The majority of commercial francophone Canadian musicians perform at this yearly event.

The 2005 edition welcomed more than 1 million guests!
